My personal philosophy is that you are a unique being with a life purpose, and that the fastest, most effective way of enabling you to fulfill your unique potential and to create your best life is to work with all of the dimensions of your being: mind, body, spirit and bioenergetics dimensions.
Since 2002, I have been working with clients from all walks of life including; CEO’s, directors, artists, research scientists, homemakers and students, as well as couples.
In the course of my work, I have successfully assisted individual clients on a wide variety of issues and topics ranging from straightforward career coaching and stress managemet to cases including complex psychosomatic issues.
I am a highly flexible, empathic and intuitive. I care deeply about each and every one of my clients, and I strive to provide the most effective and client-centered service that is possible. I am also open to working with other coaches, psychologists and doctors if my client so desires.
My clients are all intelligent, open, learning-oriented people and they are all highly committed to meeting their lives’ challenges in a proactive and positive way.
Since 2002, in addition to my work one-on-one with clients, I have also conducted numerous workshops for corporate clients and universities on a wide variety of subjects ranging from Communication to Stress Management, and I have also run many coaching groups both in academic and non-academic settings.

From 2002 – 2006 I also served as the ETH Lecturer representative on the joint Psychological Commission of the University of Zürich and the ETH.

I completed my coaching certification at the Academy for Coach Training in Seattle, Washington (USA). I completed the ACC Certification of the International Coaching Federation in 2008.
In addition to my formal training in psychology and coaching, I have also pursued, and continue to pursue, training in “alternative” coaching methods and techniques including: a certification program in Yogatherapy at the Ayuryoga Zentrum in Zürich (2012), hypnosis & self-hypnosis training course (2007) (ZHAW – Zürcher Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften) and (2014) OMNI Hypnotherapist Board Certification Program ,as well as further training in energy psychology (EDxTM 2007) and shamanism (in Europe, Canada and Mexico 2000 – 2008).
In my spare time I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my daughter, doing yoga, going for walks and reading.
My best language is English, I also speak Spanish at a native level of fluency, and I also speak German, Swiss German fairly fluently. I can also communicate in French reasonably well.
