About Me
Dr. Lille Springall, CPC.
Work & Organizational Psychologist, ICF Certified Coach, Board Certified Hypnotherapist, Yogatherapist Ayurvedic Practitioner, Naturopath (Traditional European Naturopathy).
I created LifeQuest in order to help people to develop their best selves and to live their best lives using a truly holistic and natural approach. In order to work in a truly holistic way engaging mind, body and spirit at a deep level, in 2003 I started on my own personal LifeQuest to acquire solid tools, knowledge and methods which would enable me to work with clients in the way which I envisioned. To this end, I have been in training for many years and I am continuously learning, applying and integrating the knowledge, methods and techniques which I have acquired and I am acquiring from many different fields of knoweldge including: standard, traditional academic settings and research as well as from complementary medicine (Ayuveda, Traditional European Naturopathy, Hypnotherapy, Yogatherapy & Shamanism). In this way, I do my best to serve each of my clients and to address their unique goals, needs, preferences and challenges.
Since 2002, I have been working with clients from all walks of life including: CEO’s, C-Level managers, professors, businesspeople, artists, research scientists, homemakers and students, as well as couples, teams and groups.
In the course of my work, I have successfully assisted numerous clients on a wide variety of issues and topics ranging from career coaching, life transitions and stress management to complex cases involving for instance, phobias and psychosomatic issues.
I am a highly flexible, empathic and intuitive. I care deeply about each and every one of my clients, and I strive to provide the most effective and client-centered service that is possible. I am also quite open to working with other coaches, psychologists and doctors if my client so desires.
My clients are all intelligent, open, learning-oriented people and they are all highly committed to meeting their lives’ challenges in a proactive and positive way.
Since 2002, in addition to my individual work with clients, I offer training for corporate clients and universities on a wide variety of subjects ranging from Communication to Stress Management, and I have also facilitated and continue to facilitate numerous coaching groups both in academic and non-academic settings.
My best language is English, I also speak Spanish at a native level of fluency, and I also speak German, Swiss German fluently. I can also communicate in French well. My preferred coaching languages are: English, High German & Spanish. I can however also coach successfully in French if the need should arise.
